How to Submit a Request
Email hello@byismile.com with the subject line "Data Request (GDPR/CCPA)" and include:
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or other).
- Your name and the email address associated with your data.
- Any details that help us locate your information (e.g., approximate date you contacted us).

Verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details (like the email address you used to contact us) before fulfilling a request. This prevents someone else from requesting your data.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all data requests within 30 days. If we need more time due to the complexity of a request, we'll let you know.
No Cost
There is no fee to submit a data request or to receive a response, except in cases of manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests, where permitted by law.
Authorized Agents
If you're a California resident submitting this request through an authorized agent, we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity directly.
