Sidamo takes its name from one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions the birthplace of coffee itself. We honour that legacy by sourcing beans directly from smallholder farms and presenting them in their most expressive form.
Every drink we serve is a reflection of craft, patience, and a deep respect for the land and people behind each bean. We believe great coffee is the result of an unbroken chain of care, from soil to your cup.
